Data and purposes
The enquiry form may process your name, email address, chosen photography type, location or region and message. Frame That Visual uses this information to answer your enquiry, discuss the possibilities and, where relevant, take steps towards an agreement.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, when an assignment begins, performing that contract. Website security, spam prevention and reliable operation rely on the legitimate interest in operating the website safely. Records that must be retained are processed to meet legal obligations.
FormSubmit and email
The enquiry form is processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to info@framethatvisual.com. FormSubmit acts as a technical processor. Its documentation states that submissions may remain available for up to 30 days. Do not submit sensitive personal data through the form. FormSubmit publishes its privacy notice at formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf.
Hosting and external links
The website is configured for hosting through Cloudflare Pages. The hosting and security service may process technical data such as an IP address, request time and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The website also links to Instagram. Meta’s privacy terms apply when you open that external site. Fonts are served locally and no request is made to Google Fonts.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them. If no assignment follows, Frame That Visual deletes the correspondence no later than twelve months after the last contact, unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Assignment and accounting records are kept for the applicable statutory retention period.
Personal data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed for the website, communication or assignment, or when required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@framethatvisual.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
